Your network can get stale or rot for a myriad of reasons – you stop seeing the ROI you used to, your partners shift industries, they refocus on internal initiatives, they become sporadic and are no longer consistent…

It happens – your affiliate program is a machine that needs its oil changed and constant gas. Things can break down, rust, fall off, overheat, and you have to constantly be tinkering with and servicing it.

Point: don’t get complacent and too comfortable with your existing partners. Go after that “fresh blood!” Fill your pipeline with new strategic partners to keep the momentum from stalling.
